Can we keep using our current email addresses?

Absolutely. We give you two different ways to manage all of your external email addresses from the comfort of your CatalystOffice Email account. With either method, messages from all your different email addresses end up in one centralized Inbox. You can even send email from CatalystOffice using your external email addresses. There are the two different ways to set it up:

• Use POP3 settings for each user to send and receive email
• Change your MX Record so that it points to your CatalystOffice account

What does my computer need to start using CatalystOffice?

Our system requirements are surprisingly straightforward. Here’s all you need for CatalystOffice:

• Windows XP, Vista, and Mac OS X
• Firefox Browser, Version 2.0 or higher
• Java from Sun Microsystems

How does your pricing work?

We don’t think of your company as 10 employees all using the same amount of space. If you’re like most companies, you have both heavy users and light users. That’s why we don’t charge you user licenses. You choose the amount of space your company as a whole needs, then choose the plan that’s right for you. Add additional space in increments of 50 GB, 100 GB and 250 GB.

Do I have to commit to a plan or sign a contract?

Nope. With CatalystOffice, there are no commitments or contracts. We believe in earning your business every day through the exceptional software solutions we provide. That’s why we don’t force you to sign anything. Quality and service leads to loyalty.

Do you offer any special pricing for non-profits like ours?

We are pleased to offer non-profit organizations a 10% discount from our published pricing plans upon approval of documentation of your non-profit status.

Can I receive my emails in my Blackberry or other mobile device?

Since CatalystOffice is POP3 compliant, you can use any POP3 compatible device to receive email. Plus CatalystOffice gives you the added benefit of our exclusive “double blind forwarding” function. When you reply from your PDA, your message comes from your normal, recognizable email address. It’s a little professional touch that goes a long way in avoiding confusion.

Can I import my contacts into CatalystOffice from Microsoft Outlook?

You can use our CatalystSync tool to synchronize your CatalystOffice and Microsoft Outlook contacts. You can also send and receive Outlook-compatible vCards. And you can import or export your contacts to and from CatalystOffice Contacts. In fact, we’ve made it so easy, that you have no excuse not to switch to the software designed specifically for small businesses.

As we add more employees, can we get more space?

Don’t worry when you grow. CatalystOffice is designed to help you scale effortlessly. Add people or new offices without having to pay for user licenses for new employees. Our flexible pricing plan lets you choose the amount of space your company as a whole needs. And you can upgrade without penalty.

Is your service reliable?

Your data couldn’t be safer. It’s stored in the same facility as the data of some of the world’s largest web service providers. We back it up daily, and we take more precautions than you would yourself.
