It doesn’t matter how many users you sign up.

It makes perfect sense. In an organization, people have different needs. You have heavy users and light users. That’s why we don’t charge you per user. Plus, you may not know how many people are going to be working for you six months from now. And we’re not going to penalize you for growing by making you buy an additional license every time you add an employee.
